  This is kind of tricky. The services your talking about MAY indeed only send your email to people on a ‘clean’ list that have said they would accept this type of mail.

  ….BUT, what good does it do you? These people (recipients) probably have no interest in what you’re selling at all. They have shown no prior interest in your products or services.

  The odds of you selling something to these compiled email lists is almost ZERO….and selling them something at a profit is even harder.

  In general, the industry refers to these lists as “The Sucker Lists”
  because they are attractive to new internet marketers.
  Instead start working to build your OWN lists online that will be far more responsive to what you’re selling.

You can also use it as a tool to find out if your clients are interested in your services. When you start getting requests to unsubscribe, that is an indication that your services are not reaching out to your niche market.

  Build a bigger list

  email marketing working!!!
  According to new lows – you need that the customer will approve you to send him mails (so its not a spam)

  For example – you suggest to send tips for diet on your web site. the person that would like to get your tips – should register his mail address. than the auto-responder send mail to the mail address that the person provided asking him to confirm his registration. only after he will confirm he will stat getting the tips.

  I’m using the GetResponse autoresponder and its great.
